     Mark 9:29

                        And he said unto them this kind can come forth by nothing, but by prayer and

                  fasting.

                                                               ESV

       Mark 9:29

                            And he said to them, “this kind cannot be driven out by anything but prayer.”

1. why is fasting left out?

2. Fasting is kind of a big deal in the Bible in todays New Church there is no talk of fasting however there is a lot of teaching of praying things into existence.

                               Fasting Missing ESV, RSV, NIV, NASB Westcott&Hort, NLT, CSB, LSB and

                               others.
